    Limassol

    Founded in 1927, KEO is one of the oldest and largest wine producers in Cyprus. Based in Mallia in the Limassol wine region, the company operates modern wineries in the Troodos foothills with around 50 hectares of vineyards producing five million kilos of grapes per year, combining tradition with advanced winemaking technology. KEO produces wines from both indigenous and international varieties and plays a key role in preserving native Cypriot grapes such as Xynisteri and Maratheftiko, exporting to over 30 countries.

    Kamanterena Winery, part of SODAP (Cooperative Wine Products Council of Cyprus), is one of the country's key wine producers, based in the Paphos region. Established in 1947, it brings together local growers and modern winemaking facilities. Known for working with indigenous varieties such as Xynisteri and Mavro alongside international grapes, Kamanterena plays an important role in supporting local viticulture and preserving Cyprus's winemaking heritage.

    Nestled in the Paphos wine region, high in the Troodos mountain foothills near Statos – Agios Fotios at an altitude of 900–1150m, Makkas Winery is a modern family-owned estate established in 2007 by Andreas Psaras. With 250,000 bottles produced and significant exports, Makkas is widely recognised for its award-winning wines and commitment to reviving and promoting indigenous Cypriot grape varieties on the international stage. Its symbol — the ancient ship of Kyrenia — reflects the heritage of Cypriot wine.

    Limassol

    LOEL Viomichanoi Ltd was established in Limassol in 1943 and was the first Public Company in Cyprus, with thousands of shareholders, the majority of whom were viticulturists. Pioneers of quality table wines including Palomino, Negro and Muscat, LOEL planted its own vineyards across Limassol and Paphos with both Cypriot and imported varieties such as Maratheftiko, Spourtiko, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc to produce superior local, varietal and appellation wines.

    Aes Ambelis Winery is a modern Cypriot estate located in Kalo Chorio Orinis in the Nicosia district, set on the slopes of the Pitsilia mountains. Founded in 1992, it combines contemporary winemaking techniques with traditional Cypriot viticulture. Its portfolio includes indigenous grapes such as Xynisteri and Maratheftiko alongside Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, producing fresh whites, elegant rosés and structured reds. Aes Ambelis is also celebrated for its Commandaria dessert wine and multiple international awards.
