    Terms & Conditions

    1. Introduction

    These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CWFexpo website (cwfexpo.co.uk) and attendance at the Cypriot Wine Festival & Business Expo ("the Event"). By accessing our website or purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms. CWFexpo is operated from 197 Bowes Road, London N22 6UH.

    2. Tickets & Admission

    All tickets are subject to availability and must be purchased through our official channels.
    Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
    A valid ticket or wristband must be presented for entry. We reserve the right to refuse admission.
    Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
    The Event operates two sessions: Exhibition (11am–6pm) and Concert (7pm–Close). Separate tickets are required for each unless a combo ticket is purchased.
    VIP and Premium ticket holders receive the benefits described at the time of purchase.

    3. Refunds & Cancellations

    Tickets may be refunded up to 14 days after purchase, provided this is at least 30 days before the Event date, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
    Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] with your booking reference.
    No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
    If the Event is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be provided within 30 days.
    If the Event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refund requests for postponements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

    4. Event Conduct

    All attendees must comply with venue rules and the directions of event staff and security.
    We operate a zero-tolerance policy on anti-social behaviour, discrimination, and illegal activity.
    The organisers reserve the right to remove any person from the venue without refund if their behaviour is deemed disruptive or dangerous.
    Alcohol will be served responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service and may operate a Challenge 25 policy.
    Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

    5. Exhibitor Terms

    Exhibitor stand bookings are subject to a separate Exhibitor Agreement.
    Stand allocation is at the discretion of CWFexpo and may be subject to change.
    Exhibitors must comply with all health and safety regulations, licensing requirements and venue policies.
    Exhibitors are responsible for their own public liability insurance (minimum £2 million).
    Set-up and breakdown must occur within the times specified by the organisers.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content on the CWFexpo website — including text, graphics, logos, images and software — is the property of CWFexpo or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written consent.

    7. Photography & Filming

    • By attending the Event you consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded. This material may be used for promotional, editorial and archival purposes.
    • If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a member of staff upon arrival.
    • Professional photography and filming require prior accreditation via our Trade & Press page.

    8. Liability

    • CWFexpo shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property except where caused by our negligence.
    • We do not accept liability for the quality, safety or legality of products or services offered by exhibitors or sponsors.
    • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your ticket purchase.
    • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

    9. Force Majeure

    We shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: pandemic, government restrictions, severe weather, terrorism, industrial action, or venue unavailability.

    10. Data Protection

    Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website or attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our data practices.

    11. Third-Party Links

    Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of these external sites.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

    13. Changes to These Terms

    We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page with the "last updated" date shown above.
